Artist and educator Molissa Udevitz helps you slow down and connect with the forest through mindful activities that encourage observation, heighten your senses, and use movement to better understand the landscape. You will leave feeling inspired and nourished by the natural world. These activities can be incorporated into your own practice or used with K-12 students.
